FAQ

Ordering 

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. We try to ensure that product details displayed on the Website are correct and up-to-date. Images of products on the Website are intended as a guide and the actual product may differ slightly in some respects. All weights and dimensions given are approximate.

Payment 

The prices shown do not include the shipping fee, which will be added to your total order price if applicable. Orders must be paid for immediately. Forms of payment accepted include all major credit cards and PayPal. Any applicable taxes will be calculated at check out.

Shipping 

We ship within Canada. For orders outside of Canada please contact us. Orders are generally shipped complete within 2 business day. We do our best to ensure inventory is correct. If an item becomes unavailable, you will be contacted before your order is shipped. 

Please be advised that there may be taxes, fees, or other charges on order shipped to the US. 

Remote locations, oversize or heavy items may be subject to additional fees. Should this occur, we will contact you before shipping your order.

Damaged Items 

Items that arrive damaged are to be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please email your order number, along with pictures of the damaged item(s) to info@giftedequestrian.ca. 

Returns, Cancellations, Changes 

If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@giftedequestrian.ca. Include your order number, item to be returned, and the reason for return. Items must be in the same condition and packaging that you received them. Return shipping fees will not be refunded unless you received an incorrect or damaged product.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must do so within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be changed or modified in any way. 

We want you to be happy with your order, and will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with the products you order, and the service you receive!
